Organize You – The Journey of One

Are you a professional juggler, balancing home life and your professional life? Are you looking for improvement in your juggling act? Do you need a coach, a LIFE COACH?

If so, you’ve come to the right place … The Journey of One!

Let’s get it TOGETHER – TOGETHER!

A Life Coach is not a therapist, a mentor, or a consultant.

A Life Coach IS an individual who maximizes one’s performance by believing, encouraging and developing one’s insights, who looks at one’s present and takes action to improve results for one’s future.

A Life Coach raises awareness and shares relevant experience. A Life Coach provides a life map in one’s “now” journey and pushes for an improved/balanced future. Life coaching is performance driven! A Life Coach promotes the well-being of others.

You already have what it takes, BUT if you need coaching-guidance-direction. CONTACT US!

The Journey of One is “all about you!” Ask yourself: How do I perform in excellence (with my flaws)? How do I take responsibility and own up to my decisions and know it’s okay to make mistakes?

“The Journey of One” is a Life Coaching platform that promotes the well-being of others, specifically targeting professional jugglers. Who is a professional juggler? A professional juggler can be identified as a leader in one’s profession who is balancing career and personal life, and possibly thinks he/she needs more than 24 hours to get it all done. A professional juggler may not be taking time to “smell the roses.”

A counselor needs a counselor, an advisor needs an advisor, an athlete needs a coach … you get the idea. Even in your area of expertise, you need a listening ear to help put things in perspective and become the better version of yourself.

The Journey of One provides a calming environment that is:

  • RESPECTFUL
  • JUDGMENT FREE
  • TRUSTING
  • SAFE

Meet Hollice Lespoir

Hollice is a social worker and is passionate about the development of others. She attended Chestnut Hill College and Temple University where she received her bachelor’s degree in business communication and master’s in social work, respectively.

Hollice worked at the American Board of Internal Medicine (“ABIM”) where she served as an administrator to the Senior Vice President and worked on a team responsible for the development and distribution of all marketing publications for the organization. Hollice continued her education and transitioned to social services, and thereafter, worked at the United Communities of Southeast Philadelphia (“UCSEP”). UCSEP’s mission is to improve the quality of life for every generation within a multicultural community. This is where Hollice really developed a passion for the development of others. During her time at UCSEP, she was a Program Coordinator for a girls’ mentoring program, Girls Today, Leaders Tomorrow (“GTLT”); a position in which she enjoyed helping to shape the lives of middle school girls. She was promoted to a supervisory role and ultimately became the Director for the truancy case management program. A position which she is proud of, as she helped to shape and restructure a department and its team members. This program supported approximately 150 families each month, with a team of nine case managers and two administrators.

Hollice is a self-starter and possesses strong leadership skills. She has started two businesses, as a professional organizer and a daycare owner. She is passionate about watching and helping others grow, win, and become the best version of who they are. She is an excellent project manager and possesses skills which allow her to empower others to utilize their gifts and talents through advice and mentoring. She considers herself a life-long student and is driven to become who she was created to be – someone who empowers and impacts the lives of others. She enjoys spending time with her family, circle of friends, church, eating, road trips, travel, spa days, walks, and open houses.

Meet your Life Coach … Ms. Hollice Lespoir. She’s driven to help you succeed!!!
